| 摘 要： | 技术创新的重要性是众所周知的,如何促进技术创新却是一个难题。这就需要技术创新激励。技术创新激励是很多学者研究的对象,大多数研究都局限于专利制度。对技术创新激励机制进行系统地研究,从专利制度、奖励制度和合约制度三个方面研究了技术创新激励。

| Abstract: | The importance of technology innovation has been known by everyone. It is a difficulty to stimulate technology innovation. It needs some incentives for technology innovation. The incentives for technology innovation has been researched by many scholars. but most are about the patent system. This article does research on the incentive mechanism for the technology innovation, which includes patent system, awarding institution and contract institution. |
