| 摘 要： | 区域科技创新能效是区域经济发展的主要问题,衡量和评价区域科技创新能力应采用科学的方法。文章在分析海峡西岸经济区科技创新能力的背景及构成要素上,采用主成分分析、因子分析和聚类分析方法,对海峡西岸经济区20个地市的科技创新能力进行了分析和评价,最后依据分析,提出了提升科技创新能效的具体对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Efficiency of regional innovation of science and technology is a main part of regional economic development,so we must apply scientific methods in evaluating efficiency of innovation of science and technology.In analysing background and elements of innovation of science and technology in Western Side of The Straits Economic Area,this paper evaluates the efficiency in 20 cities by adopting methods of analysis of main elements,analysis of factors and analysis of clustering.Based on the analysis,the paper comes up with specific strategies and suggestions of increasing the efficiency. |
