摘    要:针对跨国公司大举进入中国的现状,探讨了跨国公司在华经营本土化产生的原因,分析了跨国公司在中国人才、R&D、市场等方面本土化的策略,以及跨国公司本土化对我国经济发展的积极和消极的影响,提出我国企业针对跨国公司的经营本土化策略应采取的相应对策和本土化战略对中国企业国际化的启示。

Abstract:This paper begins with the reason of Multinational Corporation's management localization strategy, and then analyzed it from many aspects such as Chinese personnel, R&D, market etc. It also states the positive and negative influences on China. Meanwhile, it put forward the relevant countermeasures of our enterprises against the multinational corporation's management localization strategy and the significance of localization for Chinese enterprises internationalization.
