摘    要:对酚二磺酸分光光度法测定水中硝酸盐氮进行了验证性的探讨,结果表明该方法具有测量范围较宽,显色稳定的优点,但此方法操作繁琐,尤其是对水样的前处理控制不好将对硝酸盐氮含量的测定影响较大。其线性区间在0.02-2.0mg/L范围内,相关系数等于0.9999,硝酸盐氮浓度小于0.02mg/L或大于2.0mg/L时,测量结果将产生一定的误差。

Abstract:This paper verified the method to determine the nitrate nitrogen in water by phenol disulfonic acid spectrophotometry.The results showed that the method had a wide measurement range,and its colour was stable,but its operation is complicated,especially the pre-treatment of the water.If pre-treatment of the water can not be controlled,it will cause greater impact.Its linear range is among 0.022.0mg/L,and the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.9999.When the nitrate nitrogen concentration is less than 0.02mg/L or greater than 2.0mg/L,the measurement results will have a certain margin of error.
