| 摘 要： | 远程研修是在现代信息技术支持下,集专家引领,同伴互助,自主学习为一体,以解决自己面临的真实教学问题为目的的教师专业发展方式。在其它课程教师中开展远程研修已是每年惯例,而对于高校体育教师来说却是一个未曾涉及到的领域。本文针对目前高校体育教师工作现状,阐述了远程研修在高校体育教师中的价值。

| Abstract: | The remote training is a way of professional development,its purpose of solving their own problem of facing the real teaching.The remote training sets of experts to lead,peer support and as one of the independent study.But it is a new field for college sports teachers.In this paper,we elaborated the value of remote training and focaused on current situation of college sports teachers. |
