| 摘 要： | 合同结构策划是项目前期策划的重要内容之一。大型复杂工程的系统复杂性决定了合同结构策划需要以系统论等有关理论为指导,以PBS+WBS等科学的项目管理工具为手段。本文以上海国际金融中心为例,展示了分解论和整体论相结合的系统观,对大型复杂项目合同结构策划进行了有意义的探索与应用。

| Abstract: | Contract structure planning is one of the most important things in the phase of project preceding planning.The characteristic of system complexity of mega construction requires the guidance of system theory and scientific tools of project management such as Project Breakdown Structure,Work Breakdown Structure and so on.The paper shows an example of Shanghai international financial center,exhibits system view formed by factorization theory and global theory.The paper does meaningful exploration and application for contract structure planning in mega construction. |
