企业、政府、金融机构与企业自主创新的关系研究

企业自主创新是未来我国经济转型的根本，也是保持我国经济持续发展的原动力。在推动企业自主创新模式的选择上，是政府为主，还是市场为主？通过考察我国的历史经验可以看到，我国在政府主导的模式下，并没有取得十分显著的成效。探究国际经验，成功的推动模式却更多地选择了市场主导型。而另一方面，市场主导是以商业银行为主还是以资本市场为主？这又是理论与实践关注的重点，在国际上同时有成功或者失败的案例可循。这就在我国路径的选择时，提出了一个关键的问题。因此，文章通过实证研究，希望可以得出比较明确的结论。

Study on Enterprises, Government, Financial Institution and Enterprises' Independent Innovation

Enterprises＇ independent innovation is the basis for our economic developing mode change. At the same time, it is the motivity for our economic developing. During our boosting enterprises independent innovation, we should depend on the government or the companys themselves？ Reviewing our history, it was not successful for depending on government. Researching the international experience, most boosting modes are market. If we choose the market mode, we should depend on the commercial banks or the capital market？ It is important for us. And there are successful and failing cases simultaneously. So according to the empirical studying, the results will be clear.
