| 摘 要： | 论述了当前频谱管理中存在的突出问题，阐明了使用无线电干扰进行频谱管理的优点
，进而提出了用于频谱管理的干扰设备应具有的性能要求。最后指出，只要运用得当，无线
电干扰技术不失为频谱管理的一种有效手段。
