摘    要:日本企业在中国市场的竞争力逐步下降,暴露了日本企业经营管理的缺陷。针对这一问题,从日本企业在中国的投资战略、本土化进程、社会责任及文化差异等方面进行分析,指出日本企业在华投资的竞争力缺失之所在。

Abstract:Japan enterprises are at a low ebb in China's market.The competitiveness ranking of Japan firms are gradually declining.These phenomena indicate some shortcomings in Japanese operation and management.This dissertation analysed the reason for Japanese corporations' decline against these phenomena in several aspects,such as investment strategy,the process of localization,the responsibility for the society and the differences in culture,and then the article points out the competitiveness loss of Japan investment in China.
