| 摘 要： | 全球化浪潮以及社会经济政治体制改革使中国的社会结构发生了深刻的变化，一方面是政府绝对统治地位的削弱，另一方面是营利组织和非营利组织的独立和发育。本文从我国非营利组织产生发展趋势角度出发．根据我国非营利组织目前存在的问题，提出更新理财观，探讨建立健全非营利组织的财务管理体制，促进非营利组织健康持成长。

| Abstract: | With the wave of globalization, the society economical and political reformation had greatly changed the China's society structure. On the one hand, the government's absolute dominion has been weakening. On the other hand, the Profit Organization and Non-Profit Organization(NPO)has been independence and developing. This paper analysed the problem of our nation's NPO and investigated the origination and developing trend of our nation's NPO. This paper also presented a renew viewpoint of financing and discussed creating the financial management system of NPO, then promots the growth of NPO |
