| 摘 要： | 小型水利工程具有小而全、专业多、单项工程量小、单价低、投资少、工期短等特点,其建设遇到的困难,往往不表现在技术上或规模上,而在质量控制方面。小型水利工程施工最突出的问题是不正规,工程质量保证体系不健全。

| Abstract: | Small-scale water conservancy projects have features such as small but complete, many professions, a small amount of individual work, low unit price and little investment and short construction period. The difficulties encountered in small scale water conservancy project＇s construction are not reflected in technology and scale, but in quality control. The most prominent issue for small scale water conservancy project construction is informality and the imperfect project quality assurance system. |
