| Abstract: | Briefly introducing four new situations in coastal region in China after the fishery agreements of China-Japan China-Korea have come to effect from six aspects the paper sums up measures of transferring fishermen' job which all levels of governments adopting in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. And then readers can comprehend these state of affairs. |
