| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,个人所得税保持着稳定的增长趋势,反映了我国国民收入分配结构的变迁,同时,作为一种制度,个税制度正在成为越来越重要的一种国家干预经济的手段。作为初次分配的一种直接反映,个人所得税比重的地域差异、结构差异反映着我国的收入差距和分配公平问题。

| Abstract: | Since the opening and reform,income tax has been steadily increasing.It reflects the changes of GDP distribu-tion.Meanwhile,income tax is becoming an important legal means to interfere economy in our country.The regional and structure differences of income tax reflect the problem of income gap and distribution fairness. |
