盐酸西替利嗪是羟嗪在人体内的活性代谢产物,它具有多种抗过敏作用。关于它的合成路线已有很多报道:早期都以1-(4-氯苯基)苯甲基]哌嗪为起始原料进行合成;近期发展包括2方面,一是在原有的基础上对合成路线进行改进,二是选用新原料,采用新工艺进行合成。综述了合成路线及其优缺点。

Cetirizine hydrochloride is an active metabolized product of hydroxyl-ethyl piperizine in human body,and it has a lot of mechanisms of antiallergy action.There has been a great many reports about its synthetic methods.All the early methods are that cetirizine hydrochloride is synthesized by the initiative material that named 1-(4-chlorophenyl)phenylmethyl]piperizine.In the near future,the development of the methods will involve two aspects.One is to improve the early synthetic methods based on initiative material;the other is to choose new material and new technics.In this paper,its synthetic methods,the advantages and the shortcomings of these methods are summarized.
