| Abstract: | High - tech industries are capital - intensive and knowledge - intensive industries. In the environmental conditions with the economic globalization and increasingly fierce competition in the industry ; high - tech enterprises must make their activities of research and development as the key link of their competitive strategy to constantly promote technological upgrading, transformation and innovation of enterprises so order to maintain their competitive advantages. |
