| 摘 要： | 全球经济条件下企业保持其竞争优势的能力越来越弱,物流能力作为企业获取和保持竞争优势的新的源泉被越来越多的企业所采用.以物流能力作为竞争优势的源泉,构建了物流学习能力的基本框架及能力框架中的核心要素,同时提出了未来有关物流学习能力研究的方向.
