火电厂脱硫系统结垢的原因分析及除垢研究进展

摘    要:随着石灰石——石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术在我国火电厂的广泛应用,脱硫系统中的结垢问题成为火电厂目前亟待解决的技术问题。本文叙述了WFGD系统结垢造成的危害,分析了系统结垢的原因,根据垢的种类及形成机理提出了系统除垢的有效措施。对设计、施工及运行有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:with limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology is widely used in fuel-burning power in China, scaling problems has been a technical problem to be solved atpresent in desulfitrizadon system This paper describes the endangers caused by WFGD system, analyzes the reasons for scaling depending on the type and scale or'the formadon mechanism proposed effective measures for descaling which are directive and helpfulto the de- sign, construction andoperation.
