| Abstract: | Habahe county western border with Kazakhstan is the state-level poverty-stricken counties,poverty direct impact on the stabilty and unity of the border,resolve the poor problem therefore becoming our job priority.Aimed at the present shortcomings in the work of poverty alleviation,This paper puts forward ecological proposed comprehensive management,the construction of infrastructure investment,the importance of education,and develop a specialty,such as series of economicpolicy proposals. |
