| 摘 要： | 战略执行力是企业目标与绩效之间巨大偏差的根源。文章研究通过对相关研究的回顾与综述，提出战略执行力的概念、内涵及研究框架，并以纺织类上市公司为样本进行了实证调研。进一步探讨了战略执行力各构成因素与战略绩效之间的影响关系。

| Abstract: | Execution of strategy is the root of a great deviation between enterprise target and performance.This study not only summarizes and reviews some correlational research,but also builds the definition,connotation and research framework of strategic implementation.Meanwhile,this study also takes the textile and apparel listed companies for example.Furthermore,the effect between the constituent elements of execution of strategy and strategic performance is discussed through this study. |
