山东省产业集群可持续发展问题研究

近年来山东省的产业集群发展非常迅速，同时产业集群对山东省经济发展和提升区域经济竞争力起到了重要的促进作用。但是山东省产业集群在发展中也存在产品档次和附加值较低、技术创新能力不足、产品更新换代缓慢、分工协作水平偏低、各类集群（园区）建设过热等问题。因此我们必须要端正思路，重视集群本身的规律，采取整合本地资源、形成自身特色，创造集群发展的良好环境，加强企业之间分工与协作，强化技术创新和实施品牌战略等措施。促进山东省产业集群的可持续发展。

A Study on the Sustainable Development of the Industrial Clusters in Shandong Province

Industrial clusters develop very fast in recent years and play an important role in promoting regional economic development and competitive power in Shandong province. However, there also exist some problems with the industrial clusters in their development, such as low grade and added value of products, shortage of technology innovation, slow renovation of products, relatively low level of division of work and cooperation, and overheated construction of industrial zones, etc. Therefore, sustainable development of the industrial clusters in Shandong province can be boosted only if they can correct their way of thinking, pay great attention to their own rules as industrial clusters, and adopt measures for integrating local resources, forming unique characteristics, creating good environment for development, enhancing division of function and cooperation among industries, strengthening technology innovation and imolementing brand strategies, etc.
