摘    要:构建评价指标体系是顾客满意度测评的基础,文章针对油田生产建设单位对产品实体质量和供应服务质量的要求,构建了物资供应部门顾客满意指标体系,并通过实例提出满意度测评结果分析和改进方法.

Abstract:The construction of evaluation index system is the basis of customer satisfaction evaluation.According to the requirements of oilfield production unit for the product quality and service quality, customer satisfaction index system for material supplying department is constructed. Analyzing and improving methods for satisfaction evaluation results are proposed via case study.
