采用系统工程的理论方法,以TNT国际快递北京口岸为实例来取证研究,应用解释结构模型对影响快递业仓库货物滞留时间的各因素之间的关系进行了科学分析及评价,然后对各因素之间进行邻接矩阵、可达矩阵、分解矩阵等逐步分析,得出影响TNT仓库货物滞留时间的表层因素、中层因素和深层因素,并提出解决问题的方法及思路。
