| Abstract: | The paper introduces the current legal and regulative systems concerning bidding and tendering administration in China and the general situation of bidding and tendering practice in railway construction project material purchasing and its invitation for bidding procedures.It then goes on to analyze the problems therein and presents suggestions for the improvement of the current IFB model followed by railway construction enterprises. |
