促进桂越边贸发展的文化交流与建议——以崇左市为例

在中国-东盟自由贸易区的背景下，桂越边境贸易发展中，文化交流是促进边境贸易发展的重因素之一，为了促进边贸发展的文化交流，应该制定有利于边境贸易发展的法律法规和相关文化教育政策；发展边境中高等文化教育事业，尤其是崇左市与越南中高等院校间的合作；增加政府组织的各类贸易与文化交流活动；加强宣传并有效管理民间文化和具有民族特色的节庆活动；保护边境地区生态环境，促进边境旅游文化产业的发展；增加出版中越两国贸易与文化类书籍。

Recommendations on Cultural Communication for Improving the Development of Boarder Trade between Guangxi and Vietnam:A Case Stady of Chongzuo

With the establishment of Sino-ASEAN Free Trade Area （FTA） and the increasing volume of bi- lateral trade between Vietnam and Guangxi, cultural communication has become one of the key factors that boost the border trade. In order to broaden the cultural communication in the bilateral trade, laws and edu- cation-related policies that aim to facilitate the trade must be timely made. The two sides should also join hands to develop the mutual cooperation in secondary and higher education, especially between schools in Vietnam and Chongzuo; to increase the number of trade and cultural exchanges and efficiently publicize and supervise the folk-cultural and festival activities; to protect the ecological environment of bordering region,to promote the development of local cultural tourism and to increase the publication of culture-related works in both countries.
