| 摘 要： | 通过对广州市141份随子女迁移农村老人的调查问卷，运用Logistic模型，对农村家庭养老、子女异地迁移和“新农合”制度的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现：高龄老人与健康情况欠佳的老人倾向于不随子女异地迁移，原因在于“新农合”异地报销受限的制度设计，因此进一步完善农村家庭养老制度，必须解决好农村医保跨地区转移和老人户口随子女迁移问题。

| Abstract: | According to the 141 copies of questionnaire of the rural elderly who migrate with their children to Guangzhou, by using logistic model, this article gives an empirical analysis of the relationship about ru- ral family pension, children＇s off-site migration and the New Rural Cooperative Medical System（NRCMS）. The study finds that： the old age and those in poor health delare no intention for long distance migration with their children. The reason is the limitation of different reimbursement system designed in NRCMS. Therefore, to improve the system of rural family pension, the regional transfer of rural medical insurance and elderly household registration with their children must be solved. |
