刑事模拟法庭在财经院校法学实践教学中应扮演的角色

模拟法庭是加强法科学生实践能力重要的实践教学手段,是理论教育和实践教育相衔接的一个重要支撑点.财经类院校具有经济、管理等学科优势,以培养复合型、应用型、创新型人才为目标,应努力寻找优势学科与法学学科的契合点,合理设置实训内容和课时,充分利用刑事模拟法庭对抗性强、法庭效果好等优势,引导和加强学生对实训课程的兴趣,逐步提高学生的实践能力.

The Role of Criminal Moot Court in Practical Teaching of the Science of Law in Finance and Economics Colleges and Universities

Moot court is an important practical teaching method to strengthen practice ability of students majoring in the Science of law, and is an important supporting point of connecting theoretical education with practical teaching. Finance and economics colleges and universities have superiorities in such disciplines as economy and management etc, aiming at training compound, applied and innovative professionals. Therefore, efforts should be made to search for the coherence point of preponderant discipline and law subjects, to set up reasonable practical training content and classes and make full use of criminal moot court which has superiority of strong confrontation and good court effect, so as to guide and raise the students＇ interest in practical training courses and gradually improve the students＇ practical ability.
