| 摘 要： | 危险房屋鉴定结论和人们的经济利益紧密相关,常常存在各种问题。简要介绍了《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ125—99)的鉴定方法,利用最大隶属度方法时常存在鉴定结论争议。应用可变模糊集理论,建议对房屋组成部分a级到b级的隶属函数问题加以修正,对房屋等级隶属度进行归一化处理;提出应用可变模糊集理论的判断准则-级别(类别)特征值确定房屋评定等级方法,有效地解决了最大隶属度方法的不足。工程实例计算结果反映实际情况,研究具有一定的现实意义。
