| 摘 要： | 从探讨供应链物流协同理论出发,构建了电子商务下供应链物流协同的一个基本框架,并借鉴协同学中建立序参量方程和势函数曲线解决问题的相关理论进行了协同效用分析;主要研究了供应链物流协同运作的策略、分阶段实施方案,以及对协同运作采取的绩效衡量方法。
