| 摘 要： | 无论是从国际金融业发展的趋势还是中国金融业及金融机构发展的要求来看，综合经营都是中国金融业理想的和必然的发展目标。但同时，中国现阶段的金融发展水平确实又使得贸然推进综合经营面临着巨大的风险,只此，我们应当在现阶段金融监管水平较薄弱、金融企业自身经营管理水平尚待提高的情况下，继续坚持分业经营、分业管理的格局，并积极探索有效的综合经营的渠道和方式。

| Abstract: | Viewed either from the development tendency of international finance industry, or from the development of China＇ s finance industry or financial institutions, integration operation is an ideal and inevitable development target for China＇ s finance industry. However, the development level of China＇ s finance industry at the present stage for sure has made it so venturour to hastily pushing integration operation . Therefore, under the present weak financial regulation level, and an operation level of financial enterprises to be improved, We should insist on segregation operation and segregation management , actively probing into the tunnel and mode for an effective integration operation. |
