浅探理工科院校人文精神建设的不足与改进方法

随着社会对人才综合素质的要求逐渐提高,作为人才培养基地的高等学校逐渐认识到人文精神建设的重要性。但理工科院校受传统人才培养模式的影响,不同程度地存在着人文精神培养与科学技术教育相互脱节和分离的现象,这对人文精神的培育和形成是极其不利的。针对理工科院校这一特点,通过分析其建设的不足,探索出兼具力度和操作性的改进方法。

The Shortages and Improvement Methods of Humanities Spirit Constructions in Science and Engineering Universities

Along with the higher requirements of employee,universities which are the bases of further education have gradually understood the importance of humanities spirit constructions. But the science and engineering universities which have influenced by the tradition education methods appear to disjoin the development of humanities spirit and education of science technique. Thus,the constructions of humanities spirit become much more difficult.In view of this characteristic of science and engineering universities,this paper analyses the shortages and gives some operability improvement methods of humanities spirit constructions.
