| 摘 要： | 在全球气候变暖的背景下,在低碳经济逐渐成为一种新的经济发展模式的前提下,资源型城市如何实现产业低碳转型成为一个迫切需要解决的重大课题。文章以白银市为例,首先介绍了白银市的基本情况和产业转型中面临的主要问题,然后分析了不同经济条件下资源型城市产业转型的总体思路,最后提出了白银市低碳经济条件下产业转型的对策建议和战略框架。 |

| Abstract: | In the context of global warming and under the premise of low-carbon economy has gradually become a new model of economic development,how resource-based cities to achieve the industrial transformation of a low-carbon have become an urgent and major issue which need to be resolved.Based on Baiyin city,the paper first analysis’s the general idea of industrial transformation of resource-based cities on low-carbon economy.Then,combining the basic situation and the problems faced in industrial transformation of Baiyin,the paper proposes the Countermeasures of industrial transformation Baiyin city. |
