从“零和”至“正和”——博弈视角下城市公共空间合作开发要件研究

近年来,我国城市公共空间作为城市中的公益用地突破了由政府部门统一提供的定势,出现了私人资本参与城市公共空间建设的案例。这样的模式是否只是城市中的偶发现象还是会对公共空间的开发起到划时代的意义?本文借由博弈视角的理性模型,对城市公共空间合作开发的案例及合作双方的博弈关系进行分析,总结出其合作开发的要件,期颐将城市公共空间的正外部效应合理分配,实现从"零和"至"正和"的跨越。

From the "Zero" to the "Positive" :The Research of the Elements of Cooperative Development of Urban Public Space from the Perspective of Game Theory

In recent years,urban public space as public land in cities in our country has broken through the set of being provided only by government departments,and has appeared some cases of the construction of urban public space by private capitals.Is such a model only an occasional phenomenon of urban public space,or the development of epoch-making significance? This paper analyzes the cases of cooperative development of urban public space and the game between the partners by the rational model from the perspective of game theory,sums up the elements of their cooperative development,makes the positive external effects of urban public space in a reasonable allocation,and finally tries to achieve the leap from "Zero" to "Positive".
