| 摘 要： | 包容性增长的核心内容是公平合理的分享经济发展的成果,促进社会和谐发展。农村人力资源是农村经济发展的核心,也是社会稳定发展的关键。目前我国的农村人力资源开发还存在一些不足和缺陷。因此在包容性增长的理念指导下,我国农村人力资源开发要重新定位、合理开发,重视社会的平等发展,加强农村基础设施建设,完善基础教育,达到缩小不同群体、不同地区之间的差距。

| Abstract: | The core content of inclusive growth is fair and reasonable to share the results of economic development,promote social harmony and development.Rural human resource is the core of the rural economic development,and the key to the development of social stability.At present,rural human resources development still exists some deficiencies and defects in our country.So by the guidance of inclusive growth,rural human resource development need to be redefined,reasonable be developed,It is necessary to pay attention to the development of social equality,strengthen the construction of rural infrastructure,improve the basic education,in order to reduce the gap between the different groups and the different regions. |
