| Abstract: | From the following three aspects,the paper demonstrates the taking economic construction as the center of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an eternal theme： the correct understanding of our country present stage basic national conditions and phased characteristics, an accurate grasp of the primary stage of socialism and the entire Chinese characteristic socialism basic line, a deep understanding of scientific development concept and spirit of the 17th session of fifth session,too. |
