摘    要:
高职院校由于沿用传统的人事管理方式管理图书馆,人力资源管理观念不强,导致以下问题的存在:图书馆高素质人才短缺;图书馆馆员知识结构不合理,高学历人才少;人力资源管理制度不规范,难以调动馆员工作积极性;人力资源的配置机制不合理,影响工作效益。因此,在信息时代、知识经济时代和网络时代,为了更好地为师生提供高质量的信息服务,高职院校图书馆必须创新人力资源管理方式。

Abstract:
Higher vocational colleges are lack of understandings about human resources,because they mostly follow the traditional personnel management ways to manage their libraries.This contributes to the problems hereinafter:lacking in high quality talents;unreasonable knowledge structure of librarians,and a few talents with high education level;irregular system of human resource management hard to mobilize employees enthusiasm;unreasonable allocation mechanism of human resources effecting on working efficiency.Therefore,in the times of information,knowledge economy and network,for better providing high quality information services for teachers and students,libraries in higher vocational colleges must innovate their management ways of human resources.
