絮凝法处理洗呢废水的实验研究

笔者采用絮凝剂单独对和毛油LY进行絮凝处理,实验加入生产中常用的肥皂和洗涤剂LAS模拟工厂洗呢废水。文章探讨了絮凝剂用量、时间、温度、pH值对絮凝效果的影响;通过研究得出和毛油、和毛油+肥皂、和毛油+洗涤剂絮凝的最佳配方,为实际应用提供参考。结果表明:单独和毛油絮凝时絮凝剂的用量较多,和毛油+肥皂、和毛油+洗涤剂混合溶液进行絮凝时,絮凝剂的用量较低。

Study on flocculation of processing washed wastewater

We process on wool oil LY by flocculation separately and add soap and detergent LAS that used normally in industry.This article discusses impact of flocculating agent usage,time,temperature and pH to flocculation effect.Through the research,we get the best flocculation formula of wool oil,wool oil + soap,and wool oil + detergent flocculation.And the formula provides reference for practical application.The results show that dosage of flocculation detergent processing wool oil separately is more than wool oil + soap,wool oil + detergent mixture solution.
