| 摘 要： | 全国实现小康,重点和难点都在农村,它是一项艰巨的任务,既是一个理论问题,又是一个实践问题,极为复杂,不能一蹴而就。然而,加强农业的基础地位,增加农民的收入,必须提到各级政府重要日程,切实维护农民的利益,关注农村,关心农业,关爱农民,让农民尽快富起来。

| Abstract: | The difficult and important points of the realization of affluent society in our country are in the countryside. It is a hard task, in theory and practice and can't be finished in short term. Our government should put emphasis on strengthening the basic position of agriculture, increasing farmers' income, protect farmers' benefit, concern farmers and agriculture, make farmers be rich. |
