| 摘 要： | 借鉴丹尼森和崔玉平等学者关于高等教育对经济增长的贡献的测算方法,在柯布-道格拉斯生产函数的基础上,经实证测算,1990—2010年山东省高等教育对经济增长的贡献为0．62％,高于全国平均水平0．55％。但分阶段分析发现,扩招后2001—2010年山东高等教育对经济增长贡献率0．41％,低于1990—2001年的的0．79％,且低于2001—2010年全国平均水平0．60％。

| Abstract: | By means of Denison and Cui Yuping＇ s method, and based on the model of Cobb-Douglas production function, the paper empirically estinmates that higher education yields a rate of 0. 62% to the economic growth in Shandong Province between 1990 to 2010, which is higher than the national average （0. 55% ）. But analysis in stage manifests that between 2001 to 2010 the contribution of higher education（0. 41% ） is lower than that between 1990 and 2001 （0.79%） and the national average between 2001 to 2010（0.60% ）. |
