| Abstract: | A series of policy-combination punches in 2010 drew the prologue of controlling real estate. Compared with the previous regulations, new policies put greater emphasis on the use of combination in f inancial credit, taxation, land supply and trading regulation. Except for goals of curbing high prices and against speculative buyers, the control targets for real estate in 2010 directly point at adjustments of industry structure. |
