本文从流通视角分析城乡流通体系的二元结构表现与成因,认为城乡二元流通结构导致了农村市场低市场化、低组织化和完全异质的消费市场.在发展和繁荣农村经济的前提下,应加强城乡商业网点规划,完善农村商品和要素市场体系;培育农村市场主体,提高农民组织化程度;积极推进农村"万村千乡"市场工程,大力发展农村现代流通方式;加大农村流通设施建设;完善流通规制,维护安全、有序的消费环境,逐步消除城乡市场的差异性.
