| Abstract: | Human require decides the engender,ment of human civilization. Material, political, spiritual these three require ments engender three kinds of civilization. Political civilization marks with democracy, so the base of material, spiritual civilization decides the necessity of democracy develop gradually. No socialism. Constructing democracy is the objective require of socialistic development. If you hope socialism in our country develops better, you must pay attention to democracy. This article systematicty prooves this viewpoint by three point: economic development requies democracy; democratic culture hastens development; politics requires political democracy. |
