| 摘 要： | 在凯恩斯模型的基础上加入土地要素的作用,阐述了土地政策与财政政策、货币政策的互动机理,构建了相应的数理模型,分析了土地在经济中的核心作用,也证明了土地在调控中的核心作用,并由此提出相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Since the end of 2003,the impact of land policy to the macro-economy control has been more obvious.Based on Keynes model,the paper introduces the role of land in the macro-economy and explains the mechanism between land policy, monetary policy and fiscal policy to set up mathematical model and put forward policies. |
