| 摘 要： | 当区域经济发展到一定阶段后,经济活动突破地域限制、向经济联系紧密的地区进一步延伸,企业总部和生产环节逐渐分离,通过区域范围内生产要素的优化配置,充分利用各地区的资源禀赋和比较优势,发挥专业化分工和地区合作形成的集聚效益、规模经济效益以及范围经济效益。因此,总部经济是区域经济的一种深化和创新,是区域经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物,对区域经济的发展具有辐射和带动效应,区域经济是总部经济的发展基础和重要支撑。

| Abstract: | When regional economy develops to a certain degree,economic activities breakthrough regional restrictions and spread out to regions with closer economic relation,and headquarters of enterprises and production links are separated gradually.Headquarters economy is a kind of innovation in regional economy and the necessary result of further development of regional economy.It can have a function of radiation and can play a leading role.On the other side,regional economy is the foundation for headquarters economy and can play a supporting role in it. |
