| 摘 要： | 在高等教育事业快速发展的新形势下，高校财务前台报账管理也面临新的挑战，存在许多问题，突出反映在工作激情、沟通效率、财务人员综合素质等方面。本文分析了问题存在的现状及原因。并提出推行内部激励机制与财务网络信息化，提高高校财务前台报账管理水平。
