| 摘 要： | 农村土地利用尤其是宅基地管理存在问题日益凸显,农村住宅建房占用耕地现象日益严重,直接危及耕地红线.本文以二次调查和规划修编工作中遇到的问题为主线,详细阐述了当前我国农村宅基地管理存在的主要问题及原因,并提出了解决问题的方法.
