| 摘 要： | 企业形态取决于企业自身发展状况和周围环境的变化,盲目推行现代企业制度并将其作为企业改革的唯一努力方向并不一定正确.随着知识经济的发展和生产社会化程度越来越强,现代企业制度也日益显示出其弊端.比如其忽视代理成本因素和生产组织方式的新变化.在我国的实践中,国企改革过于强调产权和委托代理等理论,而忽视公司治理结构中其他相关利益主体的重要作用,在贯彻政企分开时则一方面未能区别对待各类国有企业,另一方面未真正下决心割断企业和政府的直接联系.我国实行的是社会主义市场经济体制,应在借鉴西方先进理论的同时把精力主要放在制度创新上.
