| Abstract: | On the basis of studying the oversea production about this issue, we point out that the ownership structure affects the performance through its influence on corporate governance system; and analyze the defects of ownership structure and what cause these defects in Chinese firms, furthermore, we also study the disadvantages of corporate governance system of China; at the same time, we try to find out the strategies about improving the present corporate performance of Chinese firms. |
