| Abstract: | The enterprise culture is formed on the base of the core value system of an enterprise.It has sustainable common cognition system and customary behavior.Enterprise culture is the soul of enterprise development Building enterprise culture should associate with the individual behavior norms and ethics,enterprise values and entrepreneurship,and building a harmonious society so that an enterprises can achieve faster and better development. |
