摘    要:为了探究长三角地区智慧城市建设对城市创新能力发展的影响,通过构建智慧城市建设评价体系,从智慧民生、城市治理、经济发展三个方面建设创建城市创新评价指标。使用Stata计量软件,建立多元回归模型对变量卫生机构数、社会消费品零售总额、绿化覆盖面积、污水处理量、城镇人均可支配收入、第三产业增加值对城市创新能力的实证检验。结果表明,第三产业增加值和社会消费品零售总额对城市创新有正向的促进作用,城镇人均可支配收入对城市创新的系数为负,卫生机构数、绿化覆盖面积、污水处理量对城市创新表现不明显。研究表明:长三角地区智慧城市建设对城市创新能力有明显的促进作用。最后根据研究结果提出合理的建议。

Abstract:In order to explore the impact of smart city construction on the development of urban innovation capability in Yangtze River Delta, and by constructing the evaluation system of smart city construction, the evaluation index of urban innovation is established from three aspects: smart people’s livelihood, urban governance and economic development. Using Stata measurement software, a multiple regression model was established to test the impact of variable health institutions, total retail sales of social consumer goods, green coverage area, sewage treatment capacity, per capita disposable income of cities and the added value of tertiary industry on urban innovation ability. The results show that the added value of the tertiary industry and the total retail sales of social consumer goods have positive effects on urban innovation, while the coefficient of urban per capita disposable income on urban innovation is negative, while the number of health institutions, green coverage area and sewage treatment capacity have no obvious performance on urban innovation. The research shows that the construction of smart cities in the Yangtze River Delta region can obviously promote the innovation ability of cities. Finally, some reasonable suggestions are put forward according to the research results.
