Option Methods on Optimal Allocation of Human Resources in Enterprises

Allocation human resources rationally and effectively are a premise of enhancing an enterprise organization's whole efficacy. This thesis is based on the systemic analysis and quantitative appraisal to the factors, which are related to the organization. Moreover, proceeding from operability, the thesis constructs a model of how to allocate human resources and how to do two way option so that it is helpful to human resources management in enterprises.
